CANCELLATION NOTICE

We kindly ask for 12 hours notice if you intend to cancel your appointment. 50% of the treatment price may be charged for late notification or missed appointment.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

To prepare for your visit and to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere we recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, late arrival will mean reduced treatment time.

Packages

All packages are valid for one year, monthly specials are valid for one month from the purchase date. All packages are not refundable but can redeem for treatment of the same value.

POINTS OF CARE FOR PREGNANCY

In the treatment of pregnant women, we would ensure our client feels comfortable, safe and relaxed throughout the treatment. We, therefore, avoid heavy massage pressure, especially on the lower back. Nurturing touch is more important than deeply therapeutic bodywork during this time.

During pregnancy, the body needs no further heat or stimulating, there is enough happening already!

Simple guidelines for pregnancy are as follows:

• Avoid use of the pure essential oil blends in any treatment.
• Avoid use of heat, hot water or steam treatments throughout pregnancy.
• Avoid use of oil and salt exfoliation.
